My fiancé and I went through Vense to purchase a car. We walked in with nothing. Told him we needed to walk out with SOMETHING. We walked out with a 2021 Volkswagen. It’s beautiful. The customer service was EXCELLENT and I felt like he really cared opposed to just selling me something. I would definitely recommend him to everybody. Wouldn’t go to anyone else. I recently brought a Cruze from Hyder at Carite, my experience was good from beginning to currently especially with the trade in that i had. They worked with me and let me bring my deposit in over a few weeks timeframe and still was able to get me my car without any hassle. I drove the car for a week and my engine light came on, now yes i was extremely scared because I'm like oh heck naw, this Car can go back now. Well i went back to Carite talked with Floyd about getting my car fixed that would cost $850. I instantly told them i need a loaner because my child is in school and i need to get him back and fourth. Long story short, my experience was wonderful, i definitely loved that Floyd helped me quickly with getting my car fixed and giving me a loaner. Now I’m back rolling, and if i have anymore issues (i pray i don’t 😂) I know Floyd will help me get thru it. Hyder was a pleasure experience working with him as well and being understanding about my situation. Everyone turnt me down but by the Grace of God Carite didn’t and I’m forever grateful for them. I'll definitely be back after my lease is over to get another new vehicle.

Floyd is absolutely amazing!!!! The wife and I came in he got us into something we liked even after having lender problems, he continued to work on our financing after we left and then stayed after hours to get us on our way with all the proper paperwork and plate transfer. Would highly recommend to anyone
